14.07.04 - With the beginning of school year 200 schoolchildren will receive remedies including iodine within the framework 'Water for sustainable development and health in Crimea'.
This is a second stage of passing remedies for children who suffer from diffusive goiter of 1-3 degree. Annually on 22nd of March Water Day is celebrated worldwide. This year topic is 'Water and natural disasters' is given main priority. Holding of World Water Day - 2004 is coordinated by office of International strategy UNO dealing with reduction of natural disasters and the World meteorological organization.

24.03.03 - An activity devoted to World Water Day took place in Simferopol
On 22nd of March CRA 'Ecologiya i Mir' representatives went out to Simferopol streets in order to enlighten population about the problem of water supply in the town and about water quality. At the same time Association co-workers together with dwellers of houses, situated not far from Gagarinski Park, were busy with purifying Malii Salgir section.

19.03.03 - 22nd of March - World Water Day!
22nd of March World Water Day is celebrated universally. Tradition is originated in 1992, when within the framework of UNO Conference on environment matter and UNO development that came about in Rio-de-Janeiro, General Assembly UNO declared that annually 22nd of March events concerned with protection and development of water resources should be held.
